The idea of OFFICITY stems from an analysis of the Hippostalo office building.
The concept is founded on contemporary space flexibility. The building foresees that on each floor there are different activities: an area for the lunch break, for leisure, education, creativity, for sports activities or simply to move between personal or collective work spaces, in order to guarantee the maximum multidisciplinary communication between the various users.
The project structured in this way, in addition to the services and equipment needed to maintain a high level of productivity, offers added value: the opportunity to meet people with whom to network and generate job opportunities and collaboration.
